Who is ArDenay
ArDenay Garner, CEAP, LMSW, CPC is a personal development trainer and bestselling author who helps women leaders turn their lived experiences into powerful stories that heal, inspire, and build legacy. Driven by her experience of surviving domestic violence, she empowers visionary leaders to write transformational books and anthologies that ensure their impact lives on.
For nearly two decades, ArDenay has taught women how to lead a purpose-driven life with her signature formula: passion + faith + entrepreneurship = purpose and her keynotes, Life After Intimate Partner Violence and the Write to Heal. She has hosted numerous events including the annual STAND UP! Authors Revival & Awards Conference, Healing Conversations, LOVE Campaign Community BBQ, and various seminars and retreats helping thousands of women to reclaim their self-confidence.
ArDenay is the founder of the Resilient Black Women Authors Community, executive producer of Me, Myself & God Tours, Incorporated, a premier event management company that offers exclusive services to nonfiction authors, and the owner of ArDenay Innerprize LLC, a personal development company.
ArDenay offers book collaborations, coaching, speaking, and consulting services for professionals, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven organizations committed to breaking generational trauma and unlocking human potential. Her work centers on advancing resilient leadership, entrepreneurship, mental health awareness, and meaningful community engagement.
ArDenay earned a Master’s in Social Work at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration at Columbia College. She has received a host of other accolades and recognition throughout her career including the 2022 Sister Mary Vera Award and was voted CNY Remarkable Woman for 2022.
ArDenay is a graduate of the two-year personal development program at Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development facilitated by the world-renowned life coach, Iyanla Vanzant.
